I had the absolute pleasure of receiving distant Reiki from Aydan. Straight away I was welcomed with warmth + ease as she lead me into a beautiful body scan + meditation. Making sure I was comfortable + at ease before we commenced. Like most other Reiki I've received I felt a deep sense of calm within my body + mind. What did surprise me were moments I felt immense energy shifts, similar to a jolt or spasm in different places of my body, like my forearm, thigh + shoulder.. This wave of energy brought awareness to the tension I was holding in these places + just how quickly it dissipated after the energy surge. I loved my distance session with Aydan, they obviously have an incredible understanding of the human energy body + Reiki as a modality. I look forward to when I have the opportunity to receive their medicine in a hands on setting

Aydan, thank you for a most beautiful distance Reiki experience. You created such a sense of safety and I could feel myself opening to receive, which surprised me, in a beautiful way, and I loved it (receiving doesn’t always come easily for me - safety?). At 10 and 5 minutes before the actual completion, my eyes popped wide open and instantly felt awake so I thought we may have been finished so checked Messenger to discover there was no message so I returned to relaxing. Then I knew when we had come to the end because I ‘saw’ your hands (they were purple💜), and I heard the words ‘thank you’, so I replied thank you too, then I felt the gentle energetic disconnection; I opened Messenger and saw you were online and I received your message. Also, thank you for sharing the playlist🙏 That night I had a vivid dream - beings were surgically working on a section of skin on my lower left leg; these beings were familiar to me (galactic appearance) however I haven’t seen them in a dream to remember for quite some time. Also, the next morning I had a session booked for a client and it flowed really well, the connection felt clean and clear, and communication was exceptionally crisp and clear. And the right side of my body has been releasing. Thank you so much

The session with you was like a divine hug. Throughout the whole thing I had extremely warm arms and hands like I was receiving a hug. All in all, I just felt incredibly supported and like I was able to receive exactly what I needed, a gentle loving embrace to soothe all my worries and allow for space to digest what needs digesting.

My session with Aydan was beautiful start to finish. Their energy was warm, comforting, and relaxing, just what I needed. I went deep during our session while being held in safety. My energy was clear and blissful afterwards. Couldn’t recommend more!
